升麻鳖甲汤方：
升麻二两 当归一两 蜀椒（炒去汗）一两 甘草二两 雄黄半两（研） 鳖甲手指大一片（炙）
上六味，以水四升，煮取一升，顿服之，老小再服，取汗。〈《肘后》、《千金方》：阳毒用升麻汤，无鳖甲，有桂：阴毒用甘草汤，无雄黄。〉
