凡乳不宜小，金木水土四形宜皮土厚，如皮薄，乳必薄，乳头圆硬子富，乳头方硬子贵，乳头破小，子息难成。乳白色不起，难言子息。妇人乳宜黑大为妙，小者子少，大者子多，乳头方圆子富贵，白小低偏子息难，若黑若坚毫且美，子贵孙荣福寿昌。
